Meet Our Team

Jerry Levinson / El Capitan

Jerry is responsible for steering this ship and creating a great customer experience. If everyone is doing their job right and you are happy with your experience then Jerry did his job right.

Elizabeth Texada / Piglet – Decorator

Elizabeth has been with us since the beginning. She’s real sharp when it comes to carpet, color, and decorating. Elizabeth also places all the orders so she’s the insider on our entire operation.

Michael Nedrow / The Encyclopedia – Sales Manager

Michael has been with Carpets of AZ since the beginning. He is one of the sharpest guys you want to meet in the Flooring industry. Michael really understands how to make challenging projects work. He has a greater understanding of all the products out there then just about anyone and if he doesn’t know he will find out. Michael sells as well as leads the sales team.

Shane Levinson / CEO

Shane served in the Army for 4 years and when he returned home he got a job with a furniture store. He was frustrated with their lack of customer service and attention. Shane joined with his father to start Carpets of AZ. We have had a tremendous amount of growth and changes over the years and Shane quickly grew into the leadership role from his experience in the Army.
Shane is responsible for the growth of Carpets of Arizona. Shane focuses on operations, sales, and communication throughout Carpets of Arizona.

Adam Daniels – Operations Manager

Adam is the guy who is going to be there and make sure the installers do the job right and you are happy with your experience.

Cheryl Hughes / Seattle Girl - Decorator

Cheryl is so fun to work with. She’s real sweet and she loves working with people. Cheryl does a great job staying on top of your flooring project.

Geraldine Pastor / Tinker Bell – Operations Scheduler

Geraldine is in charge of scheduling your installation. She works real good with our installers to keep them on track and she’s great about communicating with you if there is any delay on your order. She’s really sweet to work with, just don’t feed her after midnight, lol.

Alan Levinson / Grandpa – Sales

Alan runs our Glendale store and he has been a God’s send. We truly are a family business and Alan completes the cycle for us. He sells with confidence knowing that we are a great company who is going to take care of his clients. Everyone loves working with Alan.

Miranda Federico / The White Rabbit – Sales Extraordinaire

Miranda is fluent in English and Spanish. She joined the team in 2017 and what a great addition she has been. Miranda came from Home Depot but she was very frustrated with the customer experience there so she joined Carpets of AZ because of our reviews and reputation. Now she sells with confidence knowing her customers will get the service she expects.

Adam & Geraldine / Operations Department

We needed someone to create a department that equals out to 5’6”. This is the team that works to make sure you are having a great experience. We hired Adam to go out on every job to make sure our customers were happy and we had to add Geraldine to help keep up with the scheduling. Even today it’s still a little complicated but we are always working to create a 5 star experience for you.
