Their pricing was straightforward and competitive, they were willing to do an in home estimate with no pressure or gimmicks, they were flexible with some of our timing and sequence constraints, and did a great job with the install. After install they called to make sure I was satisfied. I was, but noticed something that wasn’t a install issue or error but asked if they could address it. They sent the installer back out at no cost the following day to help us out. Tyler was great to work with during the selection and cost phase and worked to get us a discounted price. We are thrilled with our carpet and glad that we went with carpets of Arizona. I would recommend them time and time again. less

Elizabeth helped us through the carpet selection experience. Our install was part of a larger remodel effort with a particular schedule, and Elizabeth was great at coupling what we wanted with lead times and inventory. Luis did a fantastic job on our install and advised us about some high and low spots in the new addition concrete, which he took care of. Perfect seams, no ripples, very smooth! We had to reschedule the install twice due to slips with the larger remodel effort, and Carpets of Arizona was very accommodating. Thanks! less

She listened to our needs and her experience and knowledge helped guide us to carpet that we absolutely LOVE. In addition, she was sweet and wonderful towards our young children while we were exploring carpet options in the store.

The install by Kevin and his team was flawless. They were clean, polite, and respectful. They worked efficiently while making sure everything was perfect.
